APP Group has launched the Desa Makmur Peduli Api (DMPA) program, also known as the Integrated Forestry & Agriculture System (IFFS), at the end of 2015, as one manifestation of the Forest Conservation Policy. The program focuses its activities on building constructive engagement with indigenous peoples as part of its efforts to resolve social conflict and to empower local communities.

This program is carried out in collaboration with various stakeholders, such as local communities, companies, governments, NGOs, and academics. The program is also designed to suit the specific conditions and potential of each village targeted by the program.
